95mm Tournament Plastic Chess Pieces

So happy with the chess pieces I purchased from Chess World, good weight and good size, I made my own chess board out of Tasmanian Huon pine and resin, the pieces set it off, very happy.

Love these chess pieces. Am teaching my 7 yr old grandson to play. They are a good weight for little hands and don’t fall over. Glad I got them!!

Doubled weighted pieces Are the way to go much better feel in the hand and way better for speed chess comes in a slick little bag too

These high-quality tournament pieces are absolutely perfect. I prefer the double weighted pieces – for some reason, to me, they feel more sturdy. They come in a very handy storage bag with an extra queen. This is the second set of these I have purchased from Chess World, because I know how good the previous set I got was. Will make good first chess set for Dakabin state high school chess club

When I received this product I was thoroughly satisfied with it. It came nicely packaged and was delivered within a reasonable number of days. The pieces were separated by colour in plastic ziploc bags, which was then kept in a simple yet durable zip up bag. Moving on to the actual pieces, can't really say much. It came exactly as described on the website. Single weighted pieces with a felt bottom and extra queens. The pieces feel good to touch and the craftsmanship is decent too. Above all the price of this product is simply amazing. Great value for such high quality chess pieces that anyone can afford. If there was anything negative, the felt bottom could have been better. The placement of the felt on some pieces weren't symmetrical and some had not been glued on properly making it flap about. But it was not a big issue. A little bit of glue would easily fix it. Overall, I would say that this is a fantastic set of chess pieces.

Although plastic they look and feel very good. Nice weight and for the price cant be faulted. Comes with zip up bag and Chess piece instructions for the beginner.

My chess set pieces is prone to getting chipped if not handled carefully. I wanted to teach my two daughters (8 & 6) to play chess and I needed a chess set fit for handling by my daughters and friends who may wish to play. This pieces in this chess set is sturdy, durable, very well weighted at the base, and an excellent size for all ages. It comes with a storage case that has more than ample room for all pieces. An excellent purchase at a fair price.
