    Uniqueness Rex Noir Solid Timber Chessboard in Noir

    I settled on the “standard” or largest Rex Noir Solid Timber Chessboard with its 50 cm squares for its solid wood construction, confident weight, hand-craftsmanship and bold rounded finish that said “look at my World Championship Pieces in action” like a good arena should. I chose Chess World’s more expensive darker “Noir” option to bring refinement to my entire set up when on display as well. Yet the biggest surprise came from what you get with any quality unique effort. The variegation of the darker squares with browns intermingled with black made my board special. Anyone who buys this board will be able to say the same about theirs.
