2. Email us your order number and requirements to info@chessworld.com.au

3. We prepare the artwork and send you a proof for approval

4. Engraving takes 1 to 7 business days from approval

5. Your custom item is shipped with the rest of your order

File guidelines

If you are sharing files - Logos and artwork look best in SVG or high-resolution PNG. Handwritten notes should be photographed in good lighting with no shadows.

Before You Order

Once you approve your engraving proof, the design is final. Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded, so please check everything carefully before confirming.

If you need your order faster, get in touch – we can offer a priority engraving option for an extra fee so you can skip the queue.
