Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed in the “checkout” procedure. You will first need to set up an account to access the “checkout” procedure. Deliveries within Australia are sent by Australia Post Parcel Post, whereas deliveries to all other countries are sent by Airmail.

Estimated Shipping Times

The estimated delivery times in the "checkout" procedure are Australia Post estimates for the actual delivery time only. Please allow an additional two days (approximately) for your payment to be processed and your order dispatched. Most Australian orders will be received within 5 to 7 working days.

If you require a faster delivery than these standard options, then please contact us and we can assist with making arrangements for shipping via your preferred carrier.

Returns Policy - 14 Days Satisfaction Guaranteed

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours and photographic representation of items shown on this website, and to ensure they are a close and true representation of the item offered for sale. However, because the colours and images you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund less the cost of shipping / handling. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in good order and condition. The cost of returning the item is to be covered by the customer.

If you wish to return an item purchased through this website, you must first contact Chess World on 1300-424-377 and obtain a Returns Authorisation Number. You will then be emailed delivery instructions on how to return the product. Refunds on return goods will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
